The Global Leaders Camp is our most complete and ambitious program. The world in which we live today doesn´t only need young adults with lots of studies, it requires leaders with the capacity to form their own ideas, think independently, and effectively communicate with people from different countries, cultures and backgrounds.
At the YMCA, we understand the potential of each young person to lead change and transform the world into a more inclusive and supportive place. Therefore, we have gone beyond simply offering a summer camp full of adventures and activities. Our Global Leaders Camp is a unique experience that combines leadership, multiculturalism, service, and adventure.
In this camp, we bring together young people from different cultures and countries, providing them with the opportunity to live together and learn from each other. We encourage the development of multicultural leadership, where intercultural understanding, collaboration, and mutual respect are promoted. Additionally, we incorporate community service activities, where participants have the opportunity to positively contribute to local communities.
Through this incredible experience, young people not only enjoy exciting outdoor adventures but also develop leadership skills, learn to work as a team, and cultivate a sense of service and social responsibility. We firmly believe that these values are essential for shaping tomorrow’s leaders who can make the world a better place for everyone.

- RTransportation by bus from Madrid and Zaragoza
- RFull room & board provided (see the facility YMCA Camp Salduero).
- RAll meals (breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner).
- RUp to 80 participants from Spain, USA and Europe.
- R50% Spanish counselors, 50% international counselors.
- RMulti-adventure activities.
- RComplete program of camp activities, sports, arts, cultural exchange during the two week session.
- RDay hike through the Sierra de Urbión and the Black Lagoon.
- RPrivate parent portal with pictures and updates every day.
- RDynamic activities designed to develop leadership skills and social competencies.
